1.- What should I do to return an item?

You should present your sales receipt and the item to the store where it was purchased. The product will be evaluated by the Ultrajewels Service Center that will determine if it should be exchanged. The Ultrafemme Group does not provide cash reimbursements.

2.- I would like to purchase an item but I do not live in Quintana Roo. What should I do?

Call our Contact Center at: (998) 881-3590 or, from elsewhere in Mexico, call toll free: 01 800 OO ULTRA to receive more information. Contact Center hours are: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Remember that the items are delivered directly to the store and cannot be sent to your home.

3.- I would like to ask for information about a product or its price. What do I have to do?

Because of strict rules set by the brands, we cannot offer prices by phone. We suggest that you call our Contact Center at: (998) 881-3590 or, from elsewhere in Mexico, call toll free: 01-800 – OOULTRA (85872) for advice on how to proceed. Contact Center hours are: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4.- How can I obtain a Loyalty Card?

An application form is available at any of our stores. Fill it out completely with your personal information and turn it in to a sales person. That will generate another card that will contain your code number that identifies you as a client. When you have accumulated purchases of $1,000.00 USD you will be issued a Premier Card from the Loyalty Program. For more information visit Loyalty Card

5.- I misplaced my Loyalty Card. What can I do?

Report the loss directly to our Loyalty Program site in order to avoid misuse of your points.. You will be issued a new one which will cost $250.00 Mexican pesos. Call: 881-3150 Ext. 1419.

6.- Where can I buy a Gift Certificate?

You may buy one at any of the Ultrafemme stores. You choose the amount. It will be valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. It may be exchanged at the Ultrajewels Jewelry stores, the Montblanc Boutique, the Cartier Boutique, Longchamp Boutique, Tous Boutique, Paul & Shark Boutique, Ultrajewels Gifts and Ultrafemme Stores.

7.- Are your products sold on the Internet?

Our products are not on sale via the Internet. As a consequence, we invite you to visit any of our Ultrafemme stores where we will make your shopping experience a memorable moment.
