How to Apply

  • Fill out the application questionnaire and turn it in to your sales consultant.
  • Remove the Provisional Card which contains your personal ID number and by which you are identified as a customer.
  • Your purchases will automatically be registered by always presenting your Provisional Card.
  • Once you reach a purchasing history of $5,000 Mexican pesos, you will be invited to become a Member of the Loyalty Program and you will receive your Premier Card.
  • Your Premier card offers you a percentage of your purchases in electronic points which can be exchanged at any of the Ultrafemme Group’s stores.
  • The value of an electronic Premier point is .50 Mexican cents.
  • Consult your balance at any of our stores at any time. Also, you can check your balance at our CONSULT.
  • As a Member of the Premier level, you can be upgraded to our Elite level by accumulating a total of purchases amounting to $50,000 Mexican pesos or more.

If your purchasing history on your Provisional Card is $50,000 Mexican pesos or more, you will obtain your Elite Card for the Loyalty Program.

  • The Elite card will offer you a percentage of your purchases in electronic points which you can exchange at any of the Ultrafemme Group stores.
  • The value of the Elite electronic point is $1.00 Mexican peso.
  • Consult your balance at any store at any time.
  • In addition, you can consult your balance at CONSULT.
